Mexican woman charged with voter fraud, accused of illegally voting in 2016
election

A Mexican woman has been charged in Texas with voter fraud after prosecutors
said she illegally voted in the 2016 presidential election.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said his office will prosecute Laura
Janeth Garza, a 37-year-old Mexican national who lives in Houston, after a
grand jury indicted her May 10 on charges of voter impersonation and
ineligible voting.

Both charges are second-degree felonies. If convicted, Garza faces two to 20
years in prison and a $10,000 fine, according to Fox 4 News in Dallas-Ft.
Worth.

"This case demonstrates my office's commitment to protecting the integrity
of elections," Paxton said in a statement. "We will continue to do
everything in our power to safeguard the electoral process in Texas."
According to the attorney general's office, Garza is accused of voting
illegally in Harris County in November 2016, as well as in elections in 2004
and 2012.

Paxton said a joint investigation with the Texas Department of Public Safety
determined that Garza obtained documents to steal the identity of a U.S.
citizen and illegally register to vote.

Law enforcement became aware of Garza after a U.S. citizen attempted to
obtain a passport, but discovered Garza had already done so using her
identity, Paxton said. The State Department referred Garza's case to Texas
Department of Public Safety, which then handed it over to Paxton's office
for prosecution.

President Trump has long claimed widespread voting fraud took place in the
2016 election, an assertion that has not been substantiated.

"It's not a conspiracy theory, folks," Trump said at an event in West
Virginia last month, claiming millions voted illegally in 2016.

Subject: Re: Load capacity of 200-amp panel
From: trader_4 <***@optonline.net>
Injection-Date: Sun, 26 Jun 2016 03:42:49 +0000
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
This came up elsewhere and I am just curious about what the answer
is.
If someone has a main service panel with a 200-amp main breaker,
how
many
amps of service can that panel actually service?
I am probably not wording this correctly, but I thought that I
remember
something about a 200-amp main breaker actually being okay for 400
amps
of
service since there are two separate circuits coming in (a
240-volt
service
split into two 120-volt circuits in the panel box).
DON'T DO IT!
Don't do what? A 200 amp panel will support 240V at 200 amps or 400
amps
at 120V.
200 amps. is 200 if is 120 or 240, You can not change Amperage
Voltage yes Amperage "NO" for 240 Volt max. is 200 amps./leg
Each "leg" of 120 Volt, will give max. 200 amps.
assuming that neutral is rated for 400 amps.
Sigh. Do we have to go through this all over again? A service
rated at 240V, 200A will support a load of 240V, 200A or a balanced
load of 120V, 400A. Yes the current in the service conductors
never exceeds 200A, but if you have 200A flowing through one leg
through 200A of 120V loads, through another 200A of 120V loads,
and then back out the other leg, it's handling 400A of 120V loads.
Dear Sir you look at it your way and I will look at it my way. have nice
day
The point is the neutral only handles the unbalanced load between the
2 ungrounded conductors and is they were both pulling equal amounts,
the current in the neutral is zero.
Arguing any point of fact with trader is a total waste of time and
bandwidth, and means I have to see his (reposted) drivel.
You fucking moron, you're the drivel. Can you even read? What exactly
have I posted here that is wrong? What I posted is 100% consistent with
what Gfre just posted. There is no "arguing" between us. It's Tony944
that's
confused, again:

"Each "leg" of 120 Volt, will give max. 200 amps.
assuming that neutral is rated for 400 amps. "

And here you are, apparently siding with him and not knowing what you're
talking about, again. There can never been more than 200 amps in the
neutral of a 200A service. And then you have the nerve to start making
comments about me? Maybe if you didn't have so many people blocked you
could follow threads, educate yourself and stop making an ass of yourself.

Right!
A little TV station in Fumbuck Florida put a couple of interns on it
and found a couple dozen right here. They even have some on camera.
One of 2 stories on this.

Law enforcement officers would be seen as racists if they enforced election laws...if you know what I mean.

Exactly. The winner has no interest in questioning the validity of the
election and the loser is just a disgruntled loser with little power
to do anything.

ROFL

In this case, it was a disgruntled winner, Trump, who questioned the
validity of the election. He has tremendous power, he's running around
like a bull in a China shop, doing what he pleases. He appointed his
enabler Pence and a committee to go investigate, to save the nation,
to prove that his claims about 3 mil illegals voting was true. After
6 months, they gave up and called it quits without showing us ANYTHING
at all. Nuff said.

Not true at all. He didn't need any authorization from Congress.
His big investigation, his committee, was initiated by Trump, with Pence
in charge. Tell us how many of the 3 mil illegal votes they found.
One mil? half a mil? 100k? 50K? 10K? 1K? 1? AFAIK, they never found
any. If this is so rampant, why is that? Nuff said.

BTW the TV station found around 100 illegal voters in 2 counties using
just one simple method. More exhaustive methods may have found many
more. If these people had simply showed up for jury duty they would
not have been caught in this sweep.

Certainly not a bar to the polls in Chicago. My dear old grandfather

I saw an interview that asked an election official if there was any
effort to compare the voter rolls with the SSA death register (a
fairly accurate list of dead people who are over 62). The answer was
no.
If the person is under 62, I am not sure who really keeps track of if
they are still alive. Usually insurance companies and probate courts
are the only ones who know. A homeless guy can die and I doubt anyone
would ever hear about it. There may be 3 or 4 illegals working under
his SSN anyway.

Maybe this is another example of things we do better in NJ. The
Asbury Park Press did a study, comparing who voted over a ten year
period in the state versus people who are known to be dead. Over
ten years, it amounted to just 58 votes. And at least some of those
are errors where it looks like no fraud was intended, eg a father and
son had the same name and address, the son was not registered during
the few years a vote was cast under the father's name. A few years
later he registered, voted using that registration and then the votes
under the dead father's name. 58 votes in ten years is a long, long
way from Trump's 3 million. I guess that's why after doing Putin's
bidding, tearing apart America with false claims, he folded up his
shyster tent and moved on.

They don't catch them because they don't look.
Yup. They know it's happening because how can there be more
voters in a precinct than registered or even the census count?
Registering to vote doesn't keep you from dying.
And Dying doesn't keep you from voting.
Certainly not a bar to the polls in Chicago. My dear old grandfather
who lived his entire life in Chicago, never once voted Democrat. At
least he didn't until he died!

That still does not address how many green card voters got swept up in
Motor Voter, got registered and now vote. That was just one thing they
found here. In a place like California where asking immigration status
is like asking if you have AIDS, who knows how many illegals or green
card holders get registered.
As much as I appreciate the idea of the mail in ballot, that really
opens up the possibility of fraud. That eliminates "voter ID"
altogether. If you knew about people who seldom vote (a public record)
it would be easy to send for a ballot, fill it in and mail it.
Do a few votes matter? GW Bush was elected by 0.0000509% of the total
vote. (537 votes out of 105,405,000 cast)

You didn't know? People always switch to The Democrat Party after they die. ^_^

Mexican woman charged with voter fraud, accused of illegally voting in 2016
election
A Mexican woman has been charged in Texas with voter fraud after prosecutors
said she illegally voted in the 2016 presidential election.
So after a year of desperately looking, Trump finally has found one case.
Only 2,999,999 more and he'll have the 3 mil that he was making all his
wild claims about.

I recall reading of a little old lady who wanted to be buried in Chicago so she could continue to vote after her death. ^_^
