Well, catch and release clearly doesn't work...maybe shooting looters is
the solution?
(It's not like criminals are an endangered species.)
And when you think about it, Democrats eliminate unwanted babies, why
not eliminate unwanted criminals?

In my opinion, the most dangerous criminals in the US are white Democrat
DC politicians and bureaucrats.
