The door is about half and inch to one side. There is a large gap between the door and trim on the other side. If I move the door over and center it, it will drift off center after a few cycles. It's been like this since I bought the house. I've replaced the springs, cables, rollers and opener. It's pretty quiet and rolls up and down smoothly and the springs are balanced. Any ideas? thank

When the bottom of the door is about a foot off the ground, is the door level?

Are both sides of the door opening plumb?
