Yes he has spent more time at his homes in Delaware than he has in DC.
I sometimes pass the back road to his house where signs exist for road
closures at both ends. Real PITA for his neighbors particularly
adjacent who have to inform secret service if they expect guests. At
his beach house in the summer when traffic is congested it becomes a
nightmare for people living there.

Reminds me of crusty old lady I knew who went to his church. Biden put
his arm around her shoulder and she told him to remove it. He was VP at
the time and she hated him and Obama but voted democrat.
