When Huner was pardoned from the fed income tax I suppose it does not
apply to the state tax so maybe the state he needed to pay tax to could
come after him, but the time limit may have ran out.

his son - and not given a "blanket" pardon , for sure.

need for a pardon. As it is, there should be several more high profile
